This PVCCUP112 Schedule 40 PVC coupling is designed to connect two sections of piping. It features 1-1/2″ slip fit connections on either side and is specifically used to connect two sections of PVC piping and other fittings. This coupling is best installed in broken pipes. It has no stopper, therefore it can slide onto existing pipes to allow the new pipes to connect, so it is recommended to use approved PVC primer and solvent cement to make PVC joints. This fitting is for use in both the drainage and venting sections of the plumbing installations. It has a service temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. With its functionality, this fitting is widely demanded in the pipe fitting market. It meets ASTM D1785 standards for quality assurance for materials, dimensions, and burst pressure and is ISO-certified for product safety.
